A Brief History of the Retro Riders Group
Every great journey begins with a shared passion. Ours started in 2022, when a group of classic motorcycle enthusiasts came together and formed the Malolos Classic Club. United by their love for vintage motorcycles, the group organized several meet-ups and tambikes to celebrate the timeless culture of classic riding.
As time passed, many members became less active, and the club gradually faded. However, what remained was something even more meaningful than a motorcycle club—a genuine friendship. Three gentlemen, Michael, Olan, and Gerry, stayed connected, proving that true brotherhood extends far beyond organized rides and club affiliations.
On January 22, 2023, the three friends made a simple yet meaningful commitment: to continue meeting and riding together at least once a month. What began as a casual gathering soon reignited the passion that had first brought them together.
By 2024, they officially turned the page and embraced a new identity—the Retro Riders Group. Joined by Mykl and Issey, the five founding members established a group built not only on a love for classic motorcycles but also on friendship, respect, and the joy of the open road.
As Retro Riders Group became more active, its presence on social media attracted fellow enthusiasts and other motorcycle communities. Membership steadily grew, bringing together riders who shared the same appreciation for classic motorcycles and the spirit of camaraderie.
One of the group's proudest milestones came in 2026, when the Retro Riders Group was given the honor of hosting The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride. The event brought together nearly 300 dapper riders on classic and vintage-style motorcycles, making it a memorable celebration of style, brotherhood, and a shared commitment to men's health advocacy.
Today, the Retro Riders Group continues to thrive. More than just a motorcycle club, it is a family of riders dedicated to exploring new cities, discovering new roads, creating unforgettable memories, and welcoming new friends who share the same passion for classic motorcycles and the freedom that comes with every ride.
